




Our curriculum is specifically tailored to the female athlete's body during the pubescent period. As young girls grow, their center of gravity shifts and joint laxity increases, which can lead to "clumsiness" or increased injury risk.
Our training focuses on:
Joint Stability: Strengthening the muscles around the knees and ankles to "bulletproof" against ACL and ligament strains.
Core Strength: Developing a rock-solid foundation to maintain balance and power while navigating a growing body.
Full-Body Coordination: Re-training the brain and muscles to work together for fluid, explosive movement on the pitch.
We’ve built in a 9th week (June 10th) as a dedicated make-up session to ensure every athlete gets their full 8 sessions.
YES. At Relentless we specialize in female athlete development. This program was developed by our founder who holds a PhD in Kinesiology with a research focus on female athlete development and injury risk reduction!
