As your daughter gets older, the game becomes more physical and the schedule more demanding. To keep up—and stay healthy—athletes need more than just skill work. They need a physical foundation.

Our Spring Resiliency Camp at Relentless Athletics is designed specifically for youth soccer players to bridge the gap between "playing the game" and "developing the athlete."

Dates: April 15th – June 10th

Duration: 8 Weeks of Training

+ 1 Built-in Make-up Week

Investment: $190 per Athlete

⚽ Why "Resiliency"?

Relentless girls dont just "work out."

We train for the specific demands of the game and how HER BODY can handle them.

Linear & Lateral Speed: Better first step quickness and transition speed

Landing/ Deceleration Mechanics: We teach athletes how to "brake" and land correctly, significantly reducing the risk of common ACL and ankle injuries.

Foundational Strength: Age-appropriate movements to build core and leg power

Spring Season Durability: We help "bulletproof" athletes so they can handle a full spring tournament schedule without burnout or overuse injuries.

What type of training will my daughter be doing?

Our curriculum is specifically tailored to the female athlete's body during the pubescent period. As young girls grow, their center of gravity shifts and joint laxity increases, which can lead to "clumsiness" or increased injury risk.

Our training focuses on:

Joint Stability: Strengthening the muscles around the knees and ankles to "bulletproof" against ACL and ligament strains.

Core Strength: Developing a rock-solid foundation to maintain balance and power while navigating a growing body.

Full-Body Coordination: Re-training the brain and muscles to work together for fluid, explosive movement on the pitch.

What if we have a schedule conflict?

We’ve built in a 9th week (June 10th) as a dedicated make-up session to ensure every athlete gets their full 8 sessions.

Is this for girls only?

YES. At Relentless we specialize in female athlete development. This program was developed by our founder who holds a PhD in Kinesiology with a research focus on female athlete development and injury risk reduction!

What does my daughter need to bring?

Athletic clothing and indoor sneakers (no cleats please!)

What if this day/ time does not work for me? How can my daughter still participate?
